HORSES FOR SALE

HORSES FOR LEASE

Full lease allows you to ride 4 hours a week – $260 a month and all farrier, feed, shots, etc. will be taken care of by us.  You can partial lease which allows you to ride 2 hours a week for $150 a month.  If we have to get the horse up and saddle it for you – it is $225 for partial and $350 for a full lease. Some of our older riders prefer that to save them the time and trouble. We currently have 8 horses available for lease. You must agree to lease for a minimum of six months.  All are excellent lesson horses.  They are leased out for trail riding only! Absolutely no loping, galloping, or racing them at any time or in any place, including the arena or round pen. We DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE LEASE, IF ANY RULES ARE BROKEN AND YOU WILL LOSE THE REMAINDER OF THE CURRENT MONTH’S LEASE. These horses are leased out for extra easy riding and not to be run into the ground. Saddles and bridles included in our leases but if you break them, you replace them.  We do require you take a minimum of 3 lessons before you are allowed to lease. Here are some of the horses we have available to lease:

Occasionally we will sell one of our lesson horses to a student or good rider.  We highly recommend that you come ride the horses 3 times before you make a decision to buy.  Once they leave, we don’t normally take them back so make sure they are what you are looking for.  We reserve the right to not sell a horse if we feel it is not a good match or you need to take a few lessons before you buy.

HORSES FOR SALE

TB/quarter horse gelding. Will be 4 in April and have now had six months of riding. The price is $6000 but will increase with another month of training. Flinch is smart and willing. Raised as weanling so quiet and respectful. Not registered. Never raced so easy going. He shows incredible promise, and after just 10 rides was crossing creeks, side passing, good with traffic, etc.

Friesian Sport Horse (Black Magic B) – “Ava” – 3 years old. (first pics taken at a year old) Sweet, gentle filly. Dam was a Morgan, Sire – Reg. Friesian – pictured below. She is already 16 hands so should be tall when done growing – beautiful floating movement. Like her sire, as much mane on the left side as on the right! $8000 firm. Training starts spring, 2024 and price will increase then. She has had several hours of ground work and is very smart and willing. We stand behind each horse we sell and will do our best to advertise them honestly. We strongly recommend that you ride the horse at least 3 times before you make a decision.   We appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you. We give you a week to have them vet checked and if anything shows up that we were unaware of, we will take them back with a full refund provided they have not foundered or been damaged beyond repair. If they develop some issue after the vet check because of lack of care, too heavy a rider damaging their feet, or some other illness, do not call us – you take care of the problem – it’s your problem and at no time became ours.
