Natural Horsemanship is a way to  teach horses using communication, psychology and under-standing rather than mechanics, fear and intimidation.    We use some of John Lyon's, Clinton Anderson,  and Pat Parelli's system of training -- a logical, safe and systematic plan that teaches people how to relate with horses.  We teach them to solve problems, to prevent problems and to reach goals.    It is our goal to help the owners develop savvy so they can create a better relationship with their horse and develop outstanding handling and riding skills.   We do not use mechanical devices for greater force or hurt the horses in order to make them behave.  We win the heart and mind of the horse so that we do not have to resort to force, fear and intimidation.

The time it takes to train a horse depends on the horse.  However, every horse is trainable and no less than an hour a day is spent on every horse, seven days a week.

We do put alot of "away from home" riding on the horses and expose them to as many locations and situations as possible.  some of the places we visit are Earls Ford, Love Valley, NC, Croft State Park, Dupont National Forest, Clemson trails,  Ward, Plum Branch, the beach, and local horse shows.
